Our Story
Trident Home Health Care was born from a deeply personal experience — when my grandmother suffered a life-threatening health scare, she subsequently required 24/7 care, I quickly realized that many existing agencies fell short.
Whether it was lacking proper licensing, failing to ensure continuity of care, or employing staff without the training and vetting necessary to support someone desiring to maintain their independence yet requiring full or supplemental care, the gaps were evident. Trident was founded to fill the gaps.
I saw a need for a company that embodied the core values I was raised with: Integrity, compassion, respect, transparency, trust, and reliability. A company that not only upheld these principles but demonstrated them at every level of its operations.
